Reconciling both
work and personal as the integration of the culture of health and safety in the Spanish business life have become topics of special
interest in the management and direction of the people in the workplace.
In recent decades
there have been a number of social and cultural changes that have contributed
to changes in mindset changes both employer and employee. Some of them are the
ever increasing importance of valuing human capital as its main asset, the
demand for improved quality of life and a working system based on the safety of
people, the idea of equality of roles
and opportunities for men and women. Currently the company puts more emphasis
on the idea of "work to
live" and not "live to work" and the business world is assuming
gradually all these changes progress on reconciliation and development of the
concept of integration of prevention occupational risk and therefore preventive
culture.
Getting
reconciling work and personal life with the integration of prevention of
occupational hazards and preventive culture being understood as a long term
investment that allows for competitive advantages is a challenge today for
Spanish companies.
